I appreciate how much trouble you went through for this, and love how the trees that came out of molds that had bas relief ornaments look like Daleks from Dr. Who, but I have had doubts about this confection _because of_ the kataifi. I feel like it's taking the place of toasted, dessicated coconut without the charm of toasted, dessicated coconut. I hope you and your family have a wonderful start to 2025, and thanks for posting!

Thanks a lot for your lovely comment! I was told about Dalek yes hahahah. As I mentioned in the video, I also think knafeh has no place there, I would do a layer of biscuit instead, but the coconut sounds like a great idea, I gotta try it. Happy new year to you and your family :)
