08:45 unfortunately the first kill/down does not count towards the total damage reduction, only the initial trigger of tenacity. So basically a total of 4 players or combination of players, skills and NPCs will reduce the damage of tenacity

you know? it´s funny, cos i was looking for a VERY specific holster the other day and i spent THE WHOLE WEEK creating HUNDREDS in the craft station xD... and you know what? an effing red npc dropped on the street the holster that i was looking for... 6 years later, i still hate to love this game XD ... but yeah i agree... the RNG SIGNIFICANTLY DROPPED since 3 or 4 updates ago buddy... i personally study dz loot and open world loot (heroic with all directives on) .... HOWEVER you can use a different character to slightly change your RNG tho

Why to never use a shield in PVP ?

Their overall health is weakened in PVP, meaning they're almost guaranteed to break during a fight (even if you spec into it). Upon breaking, you receive a disorienting effect, which is almost a guaranteed death sentence if you're in an up-close firefight. So just too risky to use/rely on, IMO.

If you're referring to the Lexington Bronze, Silver, and Gold skins- those are for The Division 2 only, I'm afraid. They advertise them in The Division 1 because your length of playtime on TD1 can contribute to how many skins you unlock in TD2 (they're meant to represent how long you've been playing the franchise)
