I feel compelled to mention that this is why a particular aircraft- the XF-84H Thunderscreech to precise- was never put into production. The 3rd attempt was curiously beautiful, because it demonstrated just how much force of motion can be put into not-exactly-large object, and retain itself over a lengthy period of time, despite the object being mostly 'stationary'. And despite that it probably had enough force to immedeately tear of your hand if you had touched it. Physics can be fascinating. And scary. And fascinating.

You need to construct another one, but this time you put as much tungsten near the rim of the saw blade as possible so it has maximum energy. The biggest issue with this thing is that even at those speeds it still doesn't have that much energy to keep going, because its rotational mass is pretty low. I imagine like an industrial flywheel spun up to the speed of sound lol.
