I made my King Size quilt for almost free with reclaimed, up cycled materials

Here is a look at the king size quilt I made for almost free, using reclaimed fabrics and materials. I didn’t use batting - I used clean, salvaged pillow stuffing… block by block, all 99 of them! wow I'm so pleased you will give it a try! Hand stitching - just any old variety pack of needles from the fabric store - then keep experimenting with the size/thickness until you find one that YOU find comfortable in your hand and with the items you are sewing. - That's what I do. Machine needles were 80/12 or 90/14 sharps - I think these are basically "all purpose" sizes.
