Some idiots said that Ford was "risking controversy" by ditching the V6 for the 2.3L Ecoboost 4 cylinder. According to track apps My best 1/4 mile is a 12.6 at 111. 2021 premium 10 spd auto on 93 octane. I know track apps isn’t the most accurate thing and is actually a bit slower than what it is on a drag strip so I feel like I could be slightly faster seeing as how My best 0-100mph is exactly 10.0 which aligns with a mustang gt just about. My mods are 275/35/zr19 continental all season square setup with 19x9.5 wheels, araid full intake kit, cvfab street Intercooler with charge pipes, turbosmart bov, cvfab catted downpipe, mbrp race exhaust, and ngk iridium colder plugs

Nice ET but you're going to LOVE the GT. The Coyote motor is well worth the extra money, even just cruising around and easing into the throttle, listening to it slowly rev, it's a beautiful engine. Still respect the Ecoboost Mustang, but it just isn't the same car without that V8, the experience is TOTALLY different. Congrats again on your 2018 GT. I heard there is a delay in production, maybe it's only affecting Canadian dealerships though?

Any mods you do to the ecoboost to equal the stock coyote is voided because the same mods to the coyote would blow it and most other cars out of the window. I could build a Civic that will outrun an Aventador, but I can promise you that it doesn't make it a better car, or equal for that matter.

When its raining and the roads are bad I keep my car in the basic mode. When i wanna cruise around I put her in sport. I have Bigger intercooler Aftermarket turbos Ngk 2 step colder plugs E85 Dyno tuned Around 500 at the wheels it depends on the day and traction and my drive dont work only manual mode does its a bad sensor thats a pain to replace so it depends on if i shift right before 6700 witch is my limiter i just pull up the digital and watch for 66 to shift and thats how i git a mid to high11 so i garentee you could make it to the 11s

You forgot one that would help you get a lower time. I'm not sure your elevation. but the closer you are to sea level, the better your time should will be. I'm not sure where you from, but if you up high, try and find a lower track and try it again. Those 4 banger mustangs must launch pretty well, with little wheel spin? Seems like a decent trap and impressive time for what it is :)

EcoBeast google search Lebanon ford performance. Or 727 Mustang Lebanon. I purchased my new 2017 GT from them and they put their hellion twin turbo kit and much more on it. They do it from the dealer’s performance shop!!!! If you supercharge instead of twin turbo like I did you still get a warranty. I just love turbo sound and how you can get infinite power practically hahah. Love my car!!!!
