I really think this should be a continuing series. This feels like a mindfulness meditation exercise. Because he's not talking, you have to watch to see his comments, so you can't really be thinking or doing anything else. The music is very calming. @@mintdrop1916 based on this video, the coffee is basically a very thick sugary espresso. It’s definitely not “pure coffee powder” because they add water and sugar. Also, back to my original comment, the “awakeness” you are can be determined by the level of caffeine, but not necessarily by how strong it is. With around 2tbsp of coffee and you only put about half of that into the drink, I’d assume that the amount of caffeine may end up to the amount of a regular black coffee (around 60mg to 120mg), which is not much ESPECIALLY when only one sip is taken.
