You can try using milk in place of water in the yeast and sugar mixture. It makes it really soft and yummy

Pizzzzzaaaa ❤❤❤❤ An advice : try putting just a lil bit of oregano or pizza herbs or chilli flakes whatever u like on the layer of cheese and den add the toppings and put it in the oven, just a tiny amout, coz the herbs will giv the pizza a good aroma and taste wen they heat up, and then wen its done put ur regular amt. of herbs as u like... Try it nxt time and feel the difference. And also u can brush the edges of the pizza with melted butter or olive oil if u want just as soon as the pizza is out of the oven.

The best pizza is Pan pizza I feel. I like the crunchy base better than any oven cooked pizza. Do try Chef Ranveer Brar's recipe on the same. The best on the internet. And it doesn't even require yeast.

I also make pizza base at home, but on convection mode keeping pizza base in pizza tray on round rack that comes with the microwave, i bake the base for 5-6 min and than add the toppings and cook it in otg or in microwave grill mode for 3-4 minutes, it just helps in making that base less chewy and also it save time because i just pre cook all the bases🤭
