You can also skip the bread, just use the curry mashed potatoes and roll them into balls around cheese cubes, like paneer. Or tofu. Then use any samosa sauce you can find.

이 레시피 보니까 제가 졸업한 대학교 근처 분식집 중에 식빵 튀김으로 정말 유명한 집이 생각나네요 사장님이 식빵 특성상 식 빵에 기름이 안 베일수 없다고 하시며 조금이라도 기름 덜 베인 식빵 튀김 먹고 싶거든 묽은 시럽 살짝 발라 얼린 후 빠르게 튀기면 되다고 하셨죠 이때 시럽은 절대로 속까지 축축해질 정도로 젖지 않게 겉에만 살짝만 바르는 게 포인트라고ㅋ 손은 좀 가겠지만 이 레시피에도 적용해도 좋을 듯 싶네요

One suggestion to make life a little easier. Put the potato on the bread before cutting. Will make spreading it out easier.
