Thank you so much to those that wished me good luck for the interview 😬 🤞 And yes, I know I put the oven on a little hot so they were a bit browner than I had hoped BUT surprisingly they tasted great and weren’t even crispy or anything on top so it’s just the colour that was a bit off 👏👏 yay go me! 😂😂 do you like cinnamon buns?

Fresh, warm Cinnamon Buns with a glass of cold milk, that brings back so many memories from when I was a kid :-) Though we usually cut the rolled up dough at a fingers thickness and brushed it with a egg/milk mix and then topped with some Pärl-socker, think it is Nib sugar in English... Anyway, nice little video and now I'm hankering for some cinnamon buns which I can't get until the local cafe opens tomorrow...
