I made the perfect Austrian Schnitzel !

I moved to Salzburg, Austria 2 years ago and wanted to try and make the perfect Schnitzel.
Turned out pretty good!

I'm Austrian. When my uncle from western Switzerland visited us always once a year and we got Wiener Schnitzel to eat, he always said: "The Austrians have to be ashamed of their meat, so they just try to hide it under the Panier" 😅

I have a few things where you can improve a little bit and i know that you had limited Equipment at that time! 1. the meat should be half of the thickness as in the Video 2. Just mix the eggs a little bit don't mix it completly 3. Let the schnitzel swim in the clarified butter and keep the fat in motion by shaking the Pan back and forth than the schnitzel will souflee better 4. Never combine it with just plain potatos make an austrian potato salad instead or you can also take the potatoes cut the in quaters take some melted butter and mix it together with some parsley Thats just a few Tips that i would gibe you on the way but aside from that very good

very good attempt imo. And you did not add sauce, you would have been thrown from the balcony (germans do that - well north of bavaria, bavarians have culture, actually the same they just live in another country;))
