Something is missing. It sounds like one time between semester breaks he decided to build this company. Idea formation took a year and then... boom. How did he become the person, he was, when he started refining the idea? I feel like this is the most interesting aspect and it's simply not touched on?! From the way he talks, it doesn't sound like he just got lucky. This was all planned, but no "normal" 20-years-old person executes at that level. Would love to here about his background. i don't think he realizes that people aren't as smart as he thinks they are. drop shipping does work. it's worked for decades because it just makes sense. why would someone buy your thing when someone else is selling the same thing? because they're seeing YOUR ad, not theirs. they're going to click on the link in front of them. they aren't going to make the conscious decision to go and cross reference prices from difference sources selling the same thing. they're going to buy what you put in front of their faces because the average consumer isn't smart or financially knowledgeable.

How do you protect the company from complaints such as someone who might not know what it was, other than a piece of chocolate, and when eaten, chocolate did not mix well with the anxiety meds that person was on? That person was tricked by a co-worker who gave it to her and she felt so uncomfortable after a little while, she had to go home from work. She was shaking and her heart was racing. That was a true story on Reddit. I can see where the product is an easy advertising sell but not everyone might know that there are multiple ingredients that some might have an adverse reaction to when eaten.
