I do live in a very expensive area of the country, however…your time is valuable, your knowledge is deep, and your products are stunning. Charge more than $10. People will pay it. Those bows are amazing.
@charlenemack704024 күн бұрын
She doesn’t even show what it looks like… I guess you put it in your hair right? That would’ve taken three seconds in the video. Nobody’s gonna even pay $10 for those where I live maybe three dollars.

@gasparinha17 күн бұрын
@@charlenemack7040 Consider how much time it would take to make these. Even for the fastest crafter making bulk batches on the best machine with the best gadgets (like the iron) it would still take at least 20 minutes each per bow. Factor in supply costs, machine maintenance costs, etc., and $10 is pretty cheap. People deserve to be paid for their time and expertise. If it seems expensive, there's always the dollar store or Walmart, or people can try to make it themselves! Opinions like this are why I get sad whenever I see a handmade dishcloth selling for $3. I'm an extremely fast knitter with 20 years experience, and it still takes over an hour to make one!

This is so cute! I worked at a fabric store and even fat quarters cost 2 or 3 bucks. Add on time spent (hourly rate of minimum wage at least), thread, sewing machine maintenance, barrettes, and any shipping or packaging materials. It all adds up!

$10 in Southern Illinois and they would fly out the door. Very few people wantbto put the work in themselves and are happy to pay someone else. I see things far less cute than this clip sell for the same or more. Dance and cheer moms spend a lot of money on accessories. Good for you for seeing a market and doing the work!

@@LA-cl4ccif people don't like the economy then they should stop buying plastic junk from China. If everyone just spent $3.33/day on American made goods, it would turn the economy around. At least it's homemade and not ruining the environment in the process, downer-Debbie!

Things are "worth" whatever people are willing to pay. If you are not willing to pay the price, it may not be worth it to you; however, you may pay for something that others wouldn't spend a penny on, but it's YOUR dollar to do as you will. I'll never understand why a person would pay hundreds, and sometimes thousands of dollars for a "vegan" purse simply because of the name on it, but they do because it's their money and their business, and I respect that. 😊
