I mastered PlanetSide 2's MOST HATED playstyle | Stalker Infiltrator | NS-44L Blackhand Auraxium

The Infiltrator class is very polarizing within the PlanetSide 2 community. Many players think it should be removed and others enjoy playing it and think it's fine. I find that the Stalker Cloak offers a very unique and interesting playstyle and I've used it to help complete the Auraxium on multiple sidearms. I used it for the NC4 Mag-Shot, NS-62 Emissary, NS-44 Commissioner, NS-45 Pilot, and finally the NS-44L Blackhand, the subject of this video. It functions similarly to a Scout Rifle and enables you to snipe enemies from medium and long range if you can land some headshots. After finishing the Blackhand I also completed the entire "Sidearms" directive and unlocked the reward pistol, The Executive. Here's how it went. As an infil main (battle/scout rifle) I hate stalker infil too... with deep operative they can be right in front of me and I still can't spot them. And I guess most players don't have the patience to hunter them down even when they are aware that the stalker is in the area.

I don't like using Deep Operative because I usually play faster and I enjoy running around. It seems useful for a more methodical approach and I've died to DO users many times where I can't see them.

Dying to a stalker infil is like dying to a landmine. They both just sit there and do nothing meaningful until you run by and/or are distracted. Imagine coming home from work to play as a landmine 😂

I don't get the hate it gets, I mean, as an infil your armor is literaly paper, and cardboard at best with the nano armor cloaking thing, with the stalker skill is limited to only secondaries! Is just an intel operative/hacker/saboteur, that's the role for the infil, of course thanks to the cloaking modules he can get some kills but is entirely as an opportunistic, but still fun if you like the wary playstyle lol

It's because the "goal" of PS2 has shifted from just a large scale war game into a competitive FPS where most players who are still active play it a hypercompetitive sweaty way and think that Infil detracts from that. PS2 was never meant to be played that way which is why so many of the design choices cater to "cheesy" or "noob" playstyles.

@@ThankYouForComing Oh ya, hypercompetitive, I saw the beef you have with that player on the vid 🤣🤣 Btw, for you hand (and in general) just try to stop eating everything that causes iflammation avoid grains, get un-processed sources of calcium (ask some really old people, farmers) and eat more eggs and meat, maybe you don't know but that is the only way to keep our tissues, muscles, tendons in the best possible shape, also there's some shops that sells raw stuff for cake shops, check for some unflavored jello (that thing will make you feel like you are 12 again lol) And get some sun! Source: 20 years ago I worked my ass in a tech-cave that I called my pc repair shop for 10 years without getting anything healty just the fast food from the mall and no sun, I got similar problems as you described in another comment below.

This isn't as effective as it was when there wasn't a killcam to give away your position. I always liked the Hunter QCX crossbow for it's one shot headshot kill ability. You were dead if you missed your headshot but no risk no reward.😊😊

I've mained stalker for years. Yet blackhand is op, I only use blackhand once awhile. I wouldn't overuse blackhand gives Infils bad rep. It's ok to toy with however. Hunter crossbow is more fair. I don't believe anyone should call themselves a stalker if they don't knife half the time tbh.

tbh I only use blackhand if I'm dueling a sniper or scout rifle vet who just killed me 4 times and he has +40 more fps than my laptop has. If not you're just gonna make more " nerf infil nerf cloak " threads. or worst get new players to quit.

It's the most interesting way for me to focus on pistol kills. I usually never play it for any other reason ever. I did occasionally use it for Power Knifing a while back for Halloween events, but since the nerf I haven't bothered as much.

@@ThankYouForComing agreed, this play style is definitely different when playing infil generally when doing something specific. Even with power knifing as you said, but I haven't done it myself. I usually do a "run-and-gun" style with SMGs on infil

@@soksocks Oh same haha, I have so many videos like that, mostly centered around getting various Auraxium medals with a ton of SMGs. Most of the NC ones were done a long time ago though so most of my videos are about TR and VS. I do have a few about the Tempest and also the other NC SMGs if you would like some links. Honestly the NC SMG video is one of my favorites I've made.

You should definitely try throwing stars instead of grenades (black market weapon directive, level 3). Throwing Knife Amaterasu need too. CAtlike+deep operative = u fucking ninja

@@ThankYouForComing ​ my aim too, but it's really give u adrenaline, when u can kill 2-4 enemy in one situation, even if this happened one time from 10. Also use amaterasu at once after stars, it's faster than pistol. And run as z-trajectory to make close combat, if enemy see u and start fire (often not working with HA - too big mag).

@ThankYouForComing you can do that with silenced smg too. Just keep moving and shooting people in your way while avoiding being in to many people's line of sight. Really fun hit and run play style. Works especially well in player bases 😉
