Very nice video and good information. I've ordered M1Max 16 MBP top spec as well but with 4TB storage. Waiting for delivery. Currently on 2019 MBP top spec and very excited to upgrade to this new model.

Exciting!! The new model is awesome- the only annoying bit is there are basically no covers/cases out yet for it! I definitely want to get it in a protective case asap

Wow! You really went for it! I am trying to decide what & when my next Mac will be. The hardest part for me to decide is the storage size. It is expensive to up the storage, but I don't want to ever run out of room and as well I don't want to use external drives! If you have time to give some insights into your decision to "Max" the storage, that would be appreciated. Thanks for doing a very refreshing style of review on the new MacBook Pro.

Hehe yeah I guess I did! I think it’s same for me as you’ve said - using an external hard disk is annoying and I also hate deleting anything so I’ll need the storage space! I would still back up my stuff on external hard disks/ raid drive tho. It’s definitely more expensive to buy the internal storage vs an ssd (I use the Samsung one it’s great) and you can get cases that have pockets for your hard disk - maybe check those before you decide?

@@RabiaKhans I think I will follow that model - large internal ssd and external backup. I have files spread out amongst multiple computers, thumb drives and even CD-r backups. My goal is to get everything onto one computer!
