Just something we learned from many years of pulling horse trailers. When attaching the two safety chains to the tow hitch, cross your chains so they are attached on opposite sides from the trailer and the pickup. It will cut down on the sway in case there is ever a reason for their use. Just a suggestion, and just something we always do. By the way... had to bite the bullet and deal with a car salesman last week when we purchased a new pickup. Husband has no patience with their long winded sales lines. Glad when the day was done and we could get out of there.

That truck reminds me of the old 1975 Ford my dad had when I was a kid. It wasn't "jacked up" but was fairly high off of the ground because of the way I think Ford did 4WD back then. My mom is only 5'1" and I remember her having to climb up in it.
