Her ticket was on June 21. School was in session June 21. Like Inspector Quin said, school was not out of session until July 1, July 1 was the first out of session/ summer break for the school. When school is out of session, Judge Caprio dismisses it.

2:35 - former police officer here. It's absurd that someone should have to pay a fine for doing the speed limit. I've issued hundreds of tickets for people doing the speed limit or lower and I always thought it was unfair that people had to pay those.

Lords! I luckily found a parking spot...end one at a meter....no parallel parking for me in front of the courthouse here. The meter still had 40 minutes. I added a few quarters... Paid it forward. I knew I would be less than 45 minutes getting copies. As I came back to my car.. A car turned...I said to the old guy... Sir.. Im leaving.... Take my spot... He was so sweet..had a Korean War Veterans hat on.... I added another quarter... Left him over an hour and a half.... And thanked him for his service. 😊 Just a bit of kindness
