I Messed Up, Now What?

Thank you sooo much for obeying God and posting this video. I spent last year wallowing in regret, guilt, shame and condemnation and felt as if God was punishing me for my sins. I burned bridges in frustration by lasting out, I have neglected vital relationships, and experienced anxiety and panic attacks out of fear of God. I was constantly reminded of it of what I had done at church and in my own mind day and night. I feel as though the main people at my church only talk to me to not seem rude and one ignores me. Although I have repented and apologized, I still feel alienated. However, this year God has silenced the evil counsel in my head low enough to hear his gentle guidance to move forward. I still feel like giving up on trying to rebuild relationships with my church family. However, I understand that I am in a test and I have already learned how not to condemn the guilty but to love them in spite of their flaws. I thank you for giving me clear instructions on how to overcome the feeling of guilt because of my mistakes.

I keep messing up so many times! Not only in my walk with Christ but also with my loves ones. I keep hurting people out of the fear of getting hurt myself. And when I do that I just feel so horrible about myself that it is hard to repent cause I feel I don't deserve forgiveness. Hearing this helps me a lot, I cannot measure the love God has for me. I want to live a life that pleases Him and genuinely repent of all the sin.

Beautiful video!! Sometimes we have to remember that God doesn't want us to feel condemned..we do that to ourselves! Who told us that we should carry around this intense guilt?! If we believe that we are forgiven...we should walk in that! The only person holding us back is ourselves. God knows everything about us..He created every inch..every detail..and He knows our weaknesses. Be patient with yourself just as God is with you...you got this!! :)

In all things, there is now no more condemnation... This was a lifesaver for me too. Although I walk with God daily and strive to please Him, I often tend to look back to my past and feel so utterly upset with myself for the things I have done. I messed up and broke a vow to myself and God that I prayed and repented on. I wanted to give up because I thought since I messed up , that God would be ashamed of me but after watching your video my spirit feels better knowing that since I have repented that God forgives me. You know something I really had to search for this message I was feeling some way today but I was like hold up I listened to a message from #HL before. I really needed this message tonight. i kept having to start it over five times my mind wandered to negative thinking and I was like out no but I finally finished it and truly got the message. My friend recently told me that maybe God keeps letting this one guy I like not choose me is because every time I think he may be seeing someone else after breaking up with his on again off again gf, because I keep saying bad things about myself like "I am too ugly to be loved by a guy, I am useless worthless garbage etc", and God wants me to stop downing myself.
