Jasmine O'connor hey, to be honest, I did feel guilty but not self-pity. it was more like an urgency to do what I know God wants me to do. I wouldn't beat yourself up about what doesn't convict you right now. As you grow in Christ I believe your convictions to certain things will become stronger. that comes with time and a growing relationship with Christ. Be encouraged, it's a daily strive for us all who are trying to be like Christ

Thank you Heather for your obedience to The Lord and doing what God told you to do. You have inspired me so much as a single lady for many years now to switch my focus on The plan God has for my life instead of complaining about my singleness. This shift has really changed me as a person to see and understand that there is also joy and happiness in being single and finding my true identity and the plan God has for my life. Wow... this has been one of the most eye opening speeches I have ever heard... as a single mom of 6 right in the middle of feeling like giving up.... the business plan I haven't been working on after hearing god tell me to working on that part of my life when the little ones are sleep... Wow words can never describe how this has made me feel... feeling like I can't do this because the younger kids are 2 and 1 year old twins! God knows just what it takes to put us back on track... Fabafter5 Do what you can with what you have. What are your gifts and talents? Can you sing, are you good with children, can you clean well, do you have a social media page? If you have any of these, use them. If you sing, join the choir. Good with children? Work in the nursery at church. If you clean well, find out how you can clean the church. I started cleaning the restrooms of God's house as a teenager... it was a MAJOR BLESSING!!! These are just examples. But we ALL go through periods where it seems like God is silent. And often, the teacher is silent during the test... Be sure to do whatever you can, no matter how small or great it seems, do it as best you can as unto God, and offer it as service and worship to God. He will smile on you, and He will direct you to either continue doing it or do something else.

Fabafter5 Perhaps He speaks to you all the time but you haven't identified his voice yet. I used to pray the same prayer so I can relate and I know how it feels like. However, don't give up or belittle yourself because God loves you and wants you to hear and obey Him in order to fulfil the purpose he has given you. Remember that as you speak into his ears so will he also do the same to you. Be persistent in your prayers but most of all meditate upon his word daily. Fill yourself with His word till the point you overflow. Here's a little task for you; For the rest of this week, try to identify His voice , he may speak through the people around you, the weather or directly to you from the Holy Spirit. Be ready! 😊 However, please don't forget that you must know his word in order to know his voice. I hope this blessed you ❤️

The Angry Angel Yes it's possible!! Every good and perfect gift is from above. God may use that particular thing you like to do, to fulfil the purpose he has in you. Always appreciate what you have and most of all, consecrate it to God so that it may be used to please Him. What pleases God is to see you prosper. Also, God may use that gift but don't depend only on the gift or passion you have . Only because you love something or are good at something does not necessarily mean that's the work God wants you to do in your lifetime. Don't depend on what you're good at or love to do in order to succeed. Always depend on God.
