Looks okay any fixes look like they may be superficial but I'm definitely curious what's behind the paneling the wallpaper and under the carpet 😉. I would say check the attic for leaks and bodies but I have faith you'll pick a winner

The house is very cute & modest I like how they tried to fix things themselves. But there’s a reason they’re selling and I can’t figure out why?? May I suggest they haul away ALL ITEMS inside the house including the carpets. Those things will have fleas bed bugs which are a nightmare to get rid of. View the neighbors area for hoarders. That’s a huge problem in my area of Athens Huntsville the older homes carports are filled with junk.

That sounds like a good investment if it’s in reasonable condition or at least the same condition as your current place, not only would you have more money in the bank if u sell your current place since it’s less than your current place, but you’ll be saving money on gas in your commute to work. But still be living in the same general area.

House very dark .walls need to go . All new sheet rock . Paint walls off white. . New flooring entire house. Laminate. Light gray or white. New Lighting. Make spaces appear large.. need new appliances. Gray or black. You can do this work slowly. A splash or color in each room . New bath room. Also. Wishing the best for you. God speed.

Place is teeny tiny. CPVC water lines, Old electrical, look like old single pane windows, needs floors throughout, exterior needs to be painted, wallpapered walls, et cetera.... $20k max
