Morgan embodies the values/principles that bring success - integrity, education (formal or informal), desire, vision, planning, hard work, discipline, focus, self-confidence, perseverance, tenacity, staidness, wise time management, saving, investing, frugality, research, connecting with mentors, attitude of gratitude, and more importantly reliance on God. Well done, fellow Alexandrian! May your journey see more success and impact many lives back home.

Interviews like this confirm what I have always said. Trade 10 Diasporans with this mindset coming to Ghana for 500 Ghanaians who are trying to leave the country and consider it a fair trade. Win win for all involved.

You see, the issue is that starting some time in Ghana is very hard for the average or ordinary Ghanaian , to school here is hard, completing school and liking for a Job is very hard, building capital is very hard and getting facility from the Banks or financial institutions is very hard not to talk about the high interest rate . I believe if started in Ghana with the same Job, effort and energy, he wouldn't be here .

I don’t think he earned more than his fellows working with their degrees as he claim. I admire his hard work but I think the analogy is wrong. His fellows are working only about 8 hours a day (5 days a week) and earn 60 - 70 k in a year. He on the other hand works 17-18 hours a day, 7days a week, making about 106k in a year. So approximately he only earned 53k for 8 hours a day.…No he didn’t earn more than them. He worked more than them!
