Girl, there is no way this apartment is the price he listed. This is a $3500/mo+ apartment. I’ve lived in LA for 6 years. No way.

I lived in LA 35 years, this is actually an accurate price point.

So cal native here. You all need to be careful to say “this is not realistic or no you can find anything for this price.” You can find tons of apartments like his for this price and under. Older neighborhoods like Miracle Mile have apartments available all the time. I pay $1,570 for a one bedroom. My unit is not as renovated as his so hence why I pay less. There’s an apartment very similar to his listed right now for $2,280 a month.

Don't stand in one spot too long, it makes the video a little boring. Think about it as a teacher giving a lecture in class and she or he is talking in this boring monotone voice, you don't want that. I would get the Samsung Frame in that spot in your bedroom. You can display art on it and then when you want to you can watch tv on it. It’s actually a really versatile option and has tons of frame options
