I have also been feeling so burnt out with social media. Batch-making content and then scheduling posts has been helpful for me, and then choosing to interact when I feel up for it, but also giving myself the option to spend time away from social media. It's been super helpful for my mental health and has also freed up energy and time for me to work on other things. I completely support anything you need to do to take care of yourself and prioritize your wellbeing

Thank you Lo! This perfectly sums up how I'm feeling. Having the option and space to not interact with it is what I'm hoping to achieve. And I love the idea of batching and scheduling posts ❣

Social media is extremely toxic and has ruined society. I have been sober almost 6 years. I quit social media a year and a half ago. Social media is very triggering to my addictive thoughts. Bottom line: social media is garbage and deep down most people know it, but they are addicted and stay on it as a result. Stay off. Just post videos when you truly want to. You are an interesting, very smart person. Stay strong and congrats on your sobriety.

I've loved your rebrand and I love that you're staying with the mission :) One of my favorite sayings on productivity/growth is "progress is better than perfection", and this video reminded me of it, you've got this!!!

I can totally relate. Kuddos to your honesty. Sounds like you've outgrown what you thought you wanted. Your vocation / calling is permanent because it's given by God, but all the other stuff like jobs, careers, locations change. I recommend getting spiritually Grounded, and hold steady to family and family values. I'm also a young woman and never understood why I really didn't enjoy working a normal " job" and thought I wanted to be an entrepreneur. Turns our I just wanted to live out my purpose which is to inspire, grow and be active. Now I know I ultimately want to be home keeper, community helper for sobriety and a stay at home mom. my career is temporary. I also got sober a few years ago, that I now know is from the grace of God. But ya girl, you have grown so much, keep going 💖💖💖

Hi Stephanie, may Allah bless you and your efforts to have people be better. Alcohol's prohibited in Islam for a reason, and we Muslims believe self-reflection and not being addicted to intoxicants such as alcohol and drugs and being in control of your mind and what goes on in it are extremely crucial. I suggest you to look into Islam if you seek guidance and morality, as it is truly beautiful.

Well I think that a lot of the issues you've had and how you feel like you've become too focused on revenue goals and what not was likely due to quitting your job too soon. I think it would have been better to have continued to let it just be a "side hustle" and let it grow organically while still having a stable job, and once it becomes successful enough to live off of then that would have been a better time to quit your job. Your passions also do not have to be your job. Sometimes you even get burnt out on your passions or hobbies when you make them your job. it can take the fun out of it. And yeah of course everyone wants their business to grow fast and be successful but in most cases that just isn't realistic. But yeah it sounds like. you need to get back to your original intentions and motivations of starting this project and why you originally wanted to start it. I find when. you stop "forcing" things that's when things tend to start to take off. You have to let go of attachment to the outcome. That's also what is causing you a lot of stress in this situation. Being attached to the outcome and how you want it to be.

So when I first discovered your vlogs, they helped me, but you excluded me by constantly saying your audience was young adults. You do realize that adults of all ages struggle with similar things: paying bills, rent/mortgage, childcare, school and/or work, trying to be everything for everyone, being socially accepted, being thin/in shape and pretty/handsome, etc, etc. Some of which are way more important than others, but our neuroses that drive us to drink are very similar, also.
