I Need More Cavity Nest Space!

No commentary is included with this video. It features a game against nickssss98 as part of the Major League Wingspan tournament, administered within the Wingspan Tournaments Discord server. The format for this tournament is quite fun, with players being separated out into divisions and conferences within the "league," just like Major League Baseball in the United States. I was part of the "US - Central" division within the "Americas" conference. This game was one of my "cross-conference" games since nicks was part of the "All Other" conference, and was my 25th game overall of the tournament (30 games were required in the first stage). Up to this point, I was 17-7.
I felt like the bomb dot com after slapping down the Superb Lyrebird to copy his Pileated Woodpecker on the first turn of the game. There's one tiny problem with that, though - the Lyrebird only has space for 1 egg! I battled to keep that valuable cavity nest space open throughout the game so I could keep benefitting from the Woodpecker, AND using it myself! The game ultimately came to the last feeder roll from my opponent. As always, I welcome any constructive feedback you have on how I can improve my gameplay.

that opening was super interesting. I wonder if it would have worked better to grab the barred owl (and maybe the screech owl too? or a card from the deck) on turn 1, then played the owl first, before the lyrebird.
