Honestly would not say it's a must read... but it definitely had very real characters which was both a good thing in terms of the author's ability to write but gut wrenching and nauseating as a reader because you are just seeing how terrible people can be in the world towards others in a vulnerable stage of life.

I read this last year and rated it 5 stars, IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!
