The idea is cool!! Just as you pointed out, you will be needing lots of paperwork and some technical tools from schools and businesses you are partnering with. They will be giving you access to a dedicated API to make the payments possible to users on your app. However, you would need a team with knowledge of the payment pipeline and your backend who will be able to attend and resolve challenges with payments and all. You may also need to begin with only a few schools in the first phase of the project to test the stability and integrity of your platform. My only concern is how you plan to manage the exchange fluctuations. If it's okay, I am available to lend my little IT experience to the project. Cont info on page description.

Your AML needs to be solid or else you need strong contact to wedge yourself Incase of matter arising. 2. Also your rate needs to be market destructive cuz they are so many apps but one major issue is rate. No one wants to loose a lot. 3. If you can contact NIBSS and Canada department too on the direct rating not black market or popular it would be better and get a plug in direct to both Canada and Nigerian banks.

Is a good idea. As you said, don't expect it to be perfect just 1 day. it's a continuous effort even after launch. Pay attention to the security too. Be ready for name calling when payment delay some time. Just know what your are doing into. consider the pros and cons.
