Actually METRO MANILA the Capital City of Philippines alone is far richer and bigger economy compared to kenya. METRO MANILA( Capital City) GDP2024: $225 BN. Per capita: $15,500 population 2024: 14.5M. No. of Skyscrapers: 236 Kenya ( country) GDP: $116 bn. percapita: $2,100 population 2024: 52M. no. of skyscrapers: 3 Actually, Nairobi is just comparable to a top 50th cities in the Philippines.

African countries are underdeveloped and 5th world countries. there cities are uncivilized if Philippines located in Africa it would be the biggest economy bigger than South Africa which is the Largest economy in african continent.

Of course there's lots of Filipinos who live there more than foreigners!!! Foreigners are about 10% - 20% mostly Americans, Canadians, Europeans and Asians for sure!!! Actually the prices there in BGC are affordable, i would say "Average" compared to neighboring SE Asian Nations. Nice one! More power to your channel! - watching from Canada "Pinoycanadian❤!!!".

If you like luxury condo apartments go to Rockwell or BGC. Capitol Commons was near to your area also. Filipinos who live in condominiums are usually middle class. Foreigners cant own land too so they can only buy condo units.

Forbes Park and Dasmariñas Village were the prime gated villages in Manila but there are so many ultra luxury gated villages around metro Manila like: *Bel-Air *Urdaneta Village *Greenhills *Valle Verde *Corinthian Gardens *Wack wack *Loyola Grand Villas *New Manila *Horshoe Village *Ayala Alabang *Ayala Heights *Ayala Hillside Estates *La Vista *McKinley Hill *Green Meadows *White plains *Palladium *Etc etc etc

I really did not know where you exacty in Mandaluyong City, the areas was not familiar to me perhaps around the Ortigas Center, it's a commercial district shared by 3 cities Quezon, Pasig and Mandaluyong. Ortigas the home of several Filipino and international conglomerates. In the Philippines you cannot own a land and properties unless you're married to a Filipino or business partnership. Unlike in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia that's why many foreigners going there.
