I was a happy drunk too, drugs, and smoking as well for around 18 yrs. Drugs and alcohol PUT TOGETHER weren't as hard as quitting smoking by FAR! Fast forward 18 MORE years, clean, sober, and nicotine free🎊💃🏻 The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints assists me as I grow/strengthen my personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and work at fulfilling my personal progress. If that's not the example of Jesus Christ's TRUE CHURCH, then someone needs to change the light bulb inside their brain 😅😂

Such a powerful testimony thanks so much for sharing. I just got 4 years clean and sober by the grace of God! Prior to that I lived in my addiction for over two decades! Lost everything I was in and out of jail and institution’s! I was lost for many years! But finally hitting my rock bottom was the best thing that ever happened I found Jesus Christ there. My conversion started there with help of the Book of Mormon and the missionaries my life is amazing today my sweet wife get to serve as Addiction Recovery missionaries through the church! Grateful I get to help so many that are struggling! Gods so good and loves us all!
