There's actually a wars tab which shows all of the current wars. There's also a plots and plans tab which can show you if a nation is planning to declare war or form an alliance

@@Canadian_mapper_named_anthony The reason for WW1 is far more complex than often said, yes, but its hard to pin it on Serbia. The Mlada Bosna were terrorists who hardly represent Serbia, and though the Black Hand did have influence in the government its hard to measure the exact extend. Furthermore Serbia reacted quite generous and reasonable to Austrias demands actually trying to deescalate the situation. That makes it further questionable how The Black Hand can be actually seen as representing all of Serbia. Its very clear that Austria wanted a war and merely used the assassination as an excuse to invade Serbia and expanding their influence in the Balkans. However Russia wanted the same, they obviously didn't offer protection to Serbia just out of a sense of justice and France took any chance to weaken Germany. The only one who probably didn't want a war at that point was the United Kingdom considering they were the only ones who acted reasonable.
