I have seen some vloggers visiting Chennai and roaming.They either go to some very famous spots or get pretty local. Your choice of selection, be it restaurants,foods or the places are pretty standard and well known to the larger middle class community of people. Brave that you managed the sapping heat.

Nope. Not only in India they put beans in the desert. It’s a lot more common in China. Shakes and ice cream with beans (taro or mung) they make even in the US.

Hey Bejamin you can try one thing. You can record everything in the video but while editing use your mic 🎙️ and then record the audio .. this way I'll be easy for you. And more importantly you won't stress about these noises in your videos. Even I hate these street hawkers.. we can't do anything about it but we can try different methods.. this just came randomly to my mind. Interesting food items, although I don't think I would live to see the next morning after eating all that street food haha. I am older, so don't have a strong stomach anymore. I noticed in India there's a lot of uncomfortable staring from people, if you are an American, as I had experienced when I visited. You're really brave to be walking around and talking into a camera.
