The mood and depression is so spot on! I remember last summer, completely cutting out cheat meals for like.. 3 months. and then had a weekend where I binged on junk foods (i was out of town) ... and Immediately I realized I was less happy and thought so negatively about myself and other things... at some points i feel it even can give you some anxiety. It's outrageous how much food controls your mental.

Your girlfriend softened the consequence of this challenge. That is an epic level understatement. I have a very high (wasteful) metabolism. When I worked fast food, I primarily ate fast food. The place I worked at allowed me to take home waste because I was barely paying my bills (okay, not the place but certain managers did via rule-breaking). At the time, to maintain my weight I consumed 3500 calories a day. I was never fat and always nibbling on something. After the first year, I was lethargic, smelled like grease when I sweated and gained 40lbs... finally got a gut. I also had my 1st heart attack in my 20s by year 4 and found out in the hospital I had a crisis level blood pressure and colesterol extreme. If I had your metabolism, I would have died.

This is definitely true. I remember in my teenage years I used to eat and cry about fast food also feeling lazy and depressed. I was also overweight about 160 lb. then I met a close friend of mine he taught me how to eat healthily and how to work out on a daily basis. After doing all of his advice, Id never felt so confident and happy and continued doing to stay healthy and avoid fast food as I can. From 160lb within 6-9 months I've lost 36 lb. It was hard work but it IS worth it!

Lol Ive never heard someone hate fast food so much. I love fast food, I've been eating healthier lately ( trying to only eat fast food like 1-2 a week) but honestly I'm struggling. I love the stuff...wish I didn't tho.
