im french and we make savory crepes with ham and cheese all the time!! my crepe recipe is so so simple, 250g flour, 500ml milk, 1tbsp oil, 3 eggs and thats it! and you dont need a "crepe pan" just a regular pan is much more convenient to swirl it around. crepes are the best!!

As a Yorkshire girl, I got so worried when you were said you were making a cup of tea but was so relieved when you got out the Yorkshire Tea teabags - they have ZERO comparison and are the best 😋 the way you made it we call a 'builders brew', very strong tea that workmen typically have. Buckwheat crêpes originated in Brittany, France. We call it here "Galette" or "galette bretonne". Don't hesitated to try it! It's simple and so delicious. My favorite is the Normand one : (they are many version of it, but this is my fav) -ham or blood sausage (the real recipe is Andouille de Vire but I guess its hard to found in another country.) -camembert -creme fraiche -one egg -one apple it's a salty galette with a bit of sugary taste of the apple it's amazing!

The Hailey Bieber pizza toast is just a crostino/crostone, an italian appetizer/snack. You can also make it by just mixing stracchino and wild fennel sausage, spread it on the sourdough bread and put it in the oven. Another pretty good combo is savoy cabbbage, casera (a type of cheese from Valtellina) and speck. ☺️

the first recipe is actually a traditional dish from my home region, it's called "galette" or "crêpe de blé noir" depending on if you're from the south or north or britanny, and usually you make it on a bilig and fill it right away, using the butter and heat to close it if you want it to be neat
