GIRL you need to try a legitimate chia seed pudding recipe! Whisk maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in with the milk (you can also use coconut milk), and put 1-2 extra tbsp of chia seeds in to make it thicker! You can also add those coconut flakes you love, and mix frozen raspberries and pumpkin seeds in before putting the whole thing in the fridge. So good! Top with a drizzle of maple syrup and sliced fresh fruit in the morning! ALSO I love that Jennifer Aniston salad. Best salad ever... I eat it all the time!

It's not as toxic as you think 'It only takes 100 grams of onion (about the size of a medium onion) per 20 kilograms of a dog’s weight to cause toxic effects, which means that a 45-pound dog would only have to eat one medium-to-large onion to experience dangerous toxicity levels.'

@@tianamarie989 Yes many of the notoriously toxic things for dogs are not potent as people make them out to be. Not that you shouldn't be careful, but unless your dog has pre-existing ailments, I wouldn't immediately freak out every time your dog consumes a "bad" thing. Just maybe monitor them for sickness if they're on the smaller or older side.

@@atwinflower While onion and garlic are toxic for dogs they fortunately shouldn't be deadly or medically significant at the dosage shown in the video.
