MAV, I LIKE THIS ONE POT FISH MEAL. Score and spice fish to your liking. Put on pot of stewed tomatoes on low to medium. Place scored fish in pot of stewed tomatoes and slow cook until done to your liking. Top with chopped green onions. Can sprinkle cheese while dish is still hot if you like.

If you care to eat the fish, there are many lakes in the region that are stocked, and you can find a list of these areas on the CPW website. Also, it is illegal to dispose of fish entrails or any other byproducts in the water. Try to pack it out with you. Have fun.
