It's funny that the hit rates for Charizard in Obsidian Flames is so bad because I opened my very first 3 packs a couple weeks ago and pulled the Charizard EX SIR on the last pack. It was only my second time ever opening Pokémon packs because I just got into it a few days before getting the Obsidian Flames packs. I'm definitely glad I decided to grab those packs, and I'm a degenerate too now, lol!
