I think the reason the first one looked weird is because on the mannequin it's worn at the waist like where a belt would sit whereas it was higher on you? idk if the straps can be loosened but then you could wear it on the waist and you'd be able to tighten it to suit that and I feel like it'd look amazing!

Yeah the torso/grey part looked much longer on the picture than on the actual dress, which is more flattering to the eye. I don't think that the problem is the sizing, it's just that the picture and the actual product don't match.

🍓My daughter is turning 11 soon and she would adore this gorgeous strawberry dress. It would fit her beautifully. The zipper is an easy fix actually for anyone that can sew. I would also sew the chest area closed higher because being so young she wouldn't have that all on display but, that's also a quick easy fix. I just don't have much $ this year to make her bday special for her besides take her to the movies then come home for dinner and cake. She's been having a hard time being picked on by other kids and she's also a type 1 diabetic and a lot of kids don't understand that and think badly of her because of it. She doesn't want a bday party again this year because her last party (in 2019) was heartbreaking for her. Literally not even 1 kid showed up. Kids can be so very cruel. Anyway I understand chances are slim to get this because it's so pretty a lot would love it just as much as my daughter would. It's so kind of you to gift this. Whoever gets it is going to love it! 🍓
