How long do you water per section for a new lawn. I’m putting in a new lawn and I live a few miles away.

It depends on your irrigation... so across the street Rick as in ground and he only waters for 3 minutes, while rick next door has orbit gear drive above ground system he goes 15 minutes at a time, same with me orbit gear drive above ground 15 minutes also... you want to keep it moist but not drench it, you don't want to wash the seed away ☺️🤙🏾

Renovating my lawn late spring into summer temp low 45-55 high 76-80 degree. Spreading blackout perennial ryegrass. Could I used Kelp + yucca and hydretain to help with keeping it moist and preventing it from drying out? On a newly seeded lawn.

Yes that will def help you're gonna want some phosphorus as well to help with faster root growth on the seedlings... just keep a ton of water on it! ☺️🤙🏾

Norcal has a ton of Bermuda grass and should be decent in summer... you guys have drought restrictions though so it can be tough... stay on top of your hydretain, wetting agents as well was wetting retainers ☺️🤙🏾

I'll be straight up... pre-germ or no pre-germ it all ends up looking the same 😂 but seriously Kentucky bluegrass should be the only grass seed pre-germ cause it takes forever to establish... but rye can germinate as fast as 3 days so no need ☺️🤙🏾
