“I Owe My Miracle Baby To George Michael” | This Morning

Jo Maidment's 11-year-old daughter Betsey was born thanks to IVF funding from an anonymous donor who watched This Morning. This donor was later revealed to be George Michael. Jo received a call from the singer’s assistant two days after appearing on ITV’s This Morning in 2010, to talk about the lack of funding for VF His donation meant she was able to give birth to her “miracle” child in 2012 following two rounds of IVF. George later congratulated her with flowers and a card.
