Old lady here, I dined in the castle when it was still called King Stefan’s and you could just walk up. IIRC, I was shocked at the $14 price 😂

For sure! But at $100+ the food should also be pretty dang good. It is definitely convenient not having to wait in lines to meet the princesses though.

I took my daughter here on her first Disney trip in 2008 when she was 8 years old. It was nice then but at this point, not again. We haven’t been there since. Definitely not worth the high price but happy we went once! We went for breakfast, which was a much better choice for picky eaters.

Took my daughter that year as well. She was 6. The food was terrible. A gross hot dog and food of that ilk. I’m glad to see the food has improved.

We went for breakfast 18 years ago. It was plain breakfast food but we loved the castle, meeting the characters, a photo with Cinderella and the gifts... a sword, wand, and 2 little wishing stars. They were a magnet that lit up. ❤ I can't believe how much it costs to go now!!

We did breakfast at Akershus a few months ago and my girls loved it. The food was fantastic, the price was a little cheaper and we had great interactions with 5 princesses'. I really enjoy seeing you and your brother together, you guys are really fun.

We went with our girls and did breakfast. We had reservations before park open and my girls loved walking in thru the velvet rope at the park gate. I loved having no one on Main Street for castle pics. Being able to knock out so many princesses at once was great and we were lucky enough for a window table too! Worth it to do once to see the magic in my kids eyes

No one goes to character dinners for the food. The majority of your price to dine is for the experience of being in the castle and meeting the characters!

Was there on vacation in 2022 with family of 5 adults. Pricey yes. But it was part of a Disney experience we wanted to be part of. Great memories, photos, and videos that I enjoy watching 😊

Hi! First time commenter, we like to watch your channel! We’re Floridians (Palm Beach) and I think there might a perspective difference. As parents of a now 11 year old girl, we’ve been to Cinderella’s table countless times. The vast majority of the cost is the “show” or experience of your child meeting all of their favorite princesses INSIDE the castle. I feel like reviewing Cinderella’s Table as just a $104 meal, is always going to lead to disappointment. If you look at it as a $54 meal with a $50 meet and greet it makes more sense. Really enjoyed the video, you always give a fair appraisal. I have seen a couple of other videos on Cinderella’s Castle and both mentioned that, although not advertised, it is an all you care to enjoy meal, so you can have more than one dish in each course. This may have stopped now. Take care.

The first and only time we went there was in the mid 90s with our two children. After a long day, I ordered a glass of wine with the meal and my husband ordered a beer. We were told in no uncertain terms by the waiter, "Sir and madam, we don't serve alcohol in the Magic Kingdom." 😂😂😂 How times change. Appreciate the honest review. The food should still be great for the price regardless of the target audience.

Took my girls here for breakfast about 20 years ago bec. we had a free dining package. Tbh, none of us really remember it. The only thing I do remember is we never went back, and I am sure it was bec. of the price. I do remember doing Akershus once and that was a much better princess interaction experience, but my kids didn't eat much there. That being said, we always did at least 2 or 3 character dining experiences per trip bec. we hated waiting on lines to meet characters so for me it was worth it. Again, full transparency, we often coordinated our trips with free dining promotions. We did tend to frequent ones multiple times if the kids enjoyed the food there. So Crystal Palace was every trip even though my kids were not Pooh fans. We liked the character interactions, but chose ones for the food offerings.

We go here every trip because my husband loves the filet mignon so much! I also love the potato pave! (Don’t change it! 😅) Our braised beef has always been perfect too. I prefer it over the shrimp for sure because 4 isn’t a good value. I think nighttime takes it up a notch too.

We had the same table when my daughter and I had dinner at CRT for my birthday in December. The view was great, sadly, it was downpouring. However, the experience was amazing and I enjoyed the food.

Going to my first Disney World trip next month ever, I’m a Disneyland vet. I was able to find a reservation for Cinderella’s table so I booked it. I looked at the menu and nothing really stands out, but I’m really going for the atmosphere of being inside the castle. At Disneyland, we only have a walk through attraction that just goes inside the castle, I just want to take the opportunity to do things that are unique at WDW.

The Price is pricey, but the pass did help offset it, if the shoe fit, the jumbo shrimp are huge if you're a child, the view was nice, the dollar tree drinking glass, it's nice that you both had a sense of humor, Kristen, love the straightforward opinions

I ate at Cinderella castle a couple of years ago on my first DW trip. We were also two grown adults eating lunch and we got a window table too. It was expensive and the portions were small but it was an experience. When we went, we only saw Cinderella downstairs and I think the Beast may have made an appearance but I don’t remember seeing any other characters. We definitely didn’t have any come up to us. I would prefer spending that much money on another meal but I was on vacation visiting for my first time so no ragrets 😂

We watch you all of the time, but you are not the demographic that this dining experience is made for. Yes, it is expensive, but you don’t go for the food. You go for the experience. I have a son and we took him on our first trip to Disney when he was four. He is now 15 and I will never forget the interaction with the princesses. A core memory was created and it was worth every penny.

I wonder if they seat the smaller parties by the windows? I went with just my daughter and I and we had (I believe) the same table as you. My daughter LOVED the experience. The menu was different at the time. But I do believe the kiddos don’t care about the food as much as the experience, I definitely think it’s worth it with a little girl-at least once 😅

I’m 30 with no kids and I’m not waiting for kids to go. Ima just go. Taking my first trip to WDW next month and solo. Life is short. No reason to not do things. My goal is to visit every Disney park around the world. I don’t care what people say about Disney adults, ima live my life however I want. Walt created Disney parks for families and everyone to enjoy, it ain’t just for kids. It’s for the young and young at heart.
