Wooden golf tees are great to fill holes with. That way you have something to drill into if your new hardware uses the same holes. Just gently pound the tees in and saw off the top then use your filler. Sand as usual. Keep up the great work!

I would be tempted to use that emerald green paint and redo piece #2 ( the buffet ) that you still have. I think that the colour you used may be too dark for some people.

Very inspirational ! You should have majored in, and run a business with your efficiency and intelligence. You can teach your kids about business savvy even as young as your students are. I love everything you have created. You could also teach teens to do this in high school, or go to an orphanage and/or juvenile hall and teach kids the joy of creating and making money. There are so many things you can do with all your talent, energy and drive. You are so motivated you could create a program to help teens who are in trouble. May all your days be happy and healthy ones! I just think you are perfect and I wish more were like you, heck I wish I was more like you. I'm in my 60's and I wished that I was young and creative like you. Now it's time to write a book on your furniture flipping/ teaching life, since you are a youtuber and make money to pay off your home! Keep up the excellent work you do!

My comment is about the beautiful buffet. Lots of times people say oh don't paint that old beautiful wood!! But dark wood furniture doesn't sell. The only pieces I couldn't sell were ones I left dark wood, it's just not popular now.. If you would have painted it white and distressed it or gray or blue or anything it would have sold.

Awesome! I love those French Provincial night stands! They are beautiful! I wish that you were closer to me! We live in PA. My husband and I got new furniture when we got married and that will be 45 years in October. They are still in great shape but they have a few scratches on them mainly down at the bottom! I walk with a walker now and I know that I have bumped them. I don’t want to paint them but touch them up! They are solid wood and have the dove tailing on them. I’m thinking that they were made by America of Martinsburg, I believe! If we were close to one another I would be giving you a call! ❤️❤️

Just curious, have you ever considered doing a junk removal business where you can refurbish the furniture you get from those jobs? It might be a good way to get a continuous stream of inventory. You're so fortunate that things sell for such a profit in the US. There is no way in the UK I would make be able to sell and make the figures you do. I would give up my job if I that was the case. The market is just not the same and furniture not as good :( I myself have had to resort to Esty to make such profit, but the sales are not as frequent because of the competion out there. Be careful spraying that outside. Back in the early 90's in downtown Omaha at the Brandeis building (they did a lot of work on the parking garage back then.... 17th Street Parking) they were painting and the over-spray went on several cars and they had to pay a boat load of money to get the people' cars repainted.
