I PASSED MY SENIOR FREESKATE ⭐️⛸️ | a week of figure skating, what i did differently for success

i am finally a double gold medalist!!! it's been a long and rough journey to get here but through it i'm so thankful that i get to show you that you can also recover from failures and rejections :) for the past month this has been my routine every week for success! i hope any of the things i do in today's video can help you with your upcoming test as well, you got this!!!
i wish i had a video of my test that i passed but i wanted to keep this one to myself. i'm so excited to share this new chapter of my life where i pursue my dream of being a show skater :3

Congratulations!!! Sometimes you have a British rp accent that pops out, i find it lovely! I already said it but i didn't explain, imo you would benefit a lot from plyometric exercises, or just jogging / biking. Your frame is short, therefore your output power too - the heavier the merrier in that case - so improving it would give you slightly more air time, mb a better snap too. Also it can't hurt your vo2 max - and recovery! But making it fit might be challenging with all the pain and stuff, idk mb supplements could help, beta alanine can help with lactate and collagen works for joints pain for ex ^^
