I feel like your biggest strength is your ability to multi task drops, macro and defend all at the same time, and your best game wins facing incredible odds have been due to this, dropping constantly on various targets at once is so amazing to watch you do. This weekend I am sick with a cold, so I am kicked back in my cozy chair watching your episode about three times before I got all the way through without falling asleep! Love your stuff!

I'd like to add, doing all of that with continuous informative commentary on what you're doing, why you're doing it, and why it is effective, including good counters that would thoroughly just wipe out your strategies continuously. Well done!

Another excellent video. Thank you. Amazing skill. I started playing sc2 when I was recovering from multiple surgeries for at home due to military injuries. I fell in love with sc2 after decades away from gaming. I rose up to 3800, became addicted, then hit a ceiling. After losing my temper so frequently; I had to stop playing altogether. I am so impressed with players like you and have found that watching the pros is almost as satisfying as playing.

Since the Raven Hellion is done, when using it in tournaments, a phase two raven build that allowed some other units like libs, tanks and vikings would be nice to see full power raven hellion themed army. A nuking themed challenge with a mixed comp, lots of omega nukes would be fun. Enjoying the videos.👍✌️

These challenges are the best (especially marines, I love the Starship Troopers vibes against zerg lol). For this series it would be very fitting and useful, since you are relying heavily on drops to have a chance, to get a fusion core for the Rapid Reignition System for the medivacs. It's actually very fun to use for multidrops.

Please do Liberator, Viking ( plus maybe 1 Raven for anti armor missile), against Zerg, and maybe Protoss. Maybe if they counter by going sky aswell, your libs' aoe dmg plus the anti armor missile will do the job.

Stumbling across your channel renewed my interest in SC2. Before I just played the campaigns and barely beat them on Brutal, and after that I just played Co-Op with a friend and leveled up the heroes etc. scraping by on Brutal until I developed better macro and comfortably played Brutal with Heroes with quite a few Mastery points. A week ago I fired it up again. Just watching your playstyle and listening to your thoughts as you play opened my eyes to simple 101 things on being better. Within a few games I was easily clearing Brutal co-op with level 1 Heroes that I just prestiged... effortlessly. I guess I just needed a calm sensible pro-level player explaining what he was doing (and me looking up terminologies like 2 on 1 or 2-2-1 or gas as expand... i still dont FULLY understand those things but I get the jist) and that changed my perception of the game. I am now able to cruise through Brutal+ mutations. I've also been using the AI in Versus to practice real SC2 gameplay, and I got up high enough that I figured my macro was decent to try in PVP. I went into my first UNRANKED pvp game (so i have literally 0 MMR, nothing at stake, what could go wrong?) and did a 7 minute (sucks i know) 2 medivac with marines drop into the supply line to get splatted by turrets and siege tanks before i could react (bc im new and i suck) and then the guy was literally at my doorstep with double battlecruiser. So. Even unranked is vicious to newbies lol. Anyway I need to study and practice macros better. My micro is amateur level but I at least know what SHOULD be done so I try. My main issue is I'm so focused on the macro that even if I scout and try to figure out what they're doing, I literally can't glean proper information by seeing a reactor instead of a tech lab, or if they take 1 or 2 gasses, or if they already have the natural. No idea what TZP will work into based on one decision made while scouting. Which is why I love these X to GM challenges. Can you get to GM with only Marines and Medivacs? Yes? Well then I can at least get to SOMEWHERE higher up, right?

Keep up the great work!! You will quickly get better at 1v1 if you keep at it. Don’t get dismayed but getting whacked on the ladder a bit, you will soon be matched with others near your skill level and slowly you will gain competency. Pretty soon you’ll start to macro well, and then learn to scout at the right times, then soon your micro will pick and you’ll be a ladder hero in no time. So much fun :))

I remember playing the original StarCraft (not even the brood war expansion) many many years ago. When StarCraft 2 came out when I was in either Middle or High School I played the demo and didn't win a single game but I still enjoyed watching commentators like Husky and HD. When they stopped commentating I didn't follow much anymore and I honestly thought it was a dead game. Then your videos came up recently I'm hooked again. I have zero idea what any of the strategies are but the excitement in your voice as you play is captivating.

Just as an FYI, you asked with seriousness whether you were ever flippant about other players and talked down/condescendingly about them. Since that video, I've done nothing but see you give fair shakes to every last one of them. The worst thing you've said has been "I definitely think that he made a mistake here" about an opponent, and you couldn't talk yourself out of feeling that way. It's impossible for you to be condescending if you try so hard to understand the actions of others. Condescending people never bother to try and understand others, because they have opinions based on arrogance. You are funny, and sometimes crude, but you are humble about yourself and how you play. Also, you always sound happy when someone pulls some shenanigans on you that totally wreck your day. Thanks for putting on good content!
