Too bad they had this loud music. When I was there (in Kraków) a few years ago incidentally something similar was going on, some concert or festival. Half the city was covered by the noise. Feels like they forcefully are trying to damage their listeners hearing, which in many cases then will turn out to be permanent. This is not cool.
