Thank you for the video! The closest to a rhythm game I've played is Cadence of Hyrule (and the game that came before it.. I don't remember its name) and Hi-Fi Rush sounds like it'll be really fun. I think your review has just the right amount of "here's what to expect" without spoiling the excitement of getting to find your own enjoyment in a game from playing it yourself.

Fucking finally someone who understands the pleasures of games on their highest difficulty, my friends always tease me about being a masochist for doing it but it's genuinely way more fun and engaging to get my shit kicked in but slowly see noticeable improvements in my gameplay till I'm at the point were I can breeze through segments that had me stuck for hours previously. Also, loved that the spoilers came after the rest of the video so I didn't have to skip around cause even though I haven't played many if any fighting or rhythm games, I'm seriously considering getting Hi-Fi RUSH after this video. Great stuff, keep it up man!

Sounds like a great game, I think I'm gonna change the way I buy games, I bought eldin ring because I of what everyone said and now I'm down 60 bucks on a game have barely played, thanks for showing me the easy concept I should know, buy for what I want, not what everyone else wants. Playing a game at its hardest difficulty is great, but there are a couple games I’ve had a horrible times with because of high difficulty settings being crap. Skyrim just makes all the enemies super tanky and do more damage. Plus if you are doing a ranged build you are just running all the time. Cyberpunk I played on a base Xbox one. Every time you die you have to load for your last save for over a minute. I really loved playing Titian fall 2 on realistic difficulty though.

4:02 Okay, I would probably have the same opinion on the story as you if I played the game, but an exaggeratedly bored, no-fun desk job person is not the same as a well written character. I would even say that its character is just as dumb and exaggerated as the protagonist in this situation, with how it seems totally indifferent to the absolutely insane protagonist and even a bit bored. Doesn't laugh, doesn't get pissed off, doesn't make any kind of comment about the whole rockstar thing. It's essentially just a person with "boring normie" written where its face should be.
