Hi! Was great playing you round 2! Here are things I learned: Read the rulebook. It was my first ever sorcery event and I just watched a couple of vidoes before that. But all my rules questions I had, were perfectly answered by the rulebook, I read on the next day. Card advantage feels insane. I played the Archimago, with lots of removal in my deck, thinking it would be better, to play my best magics again later, than having the 4th card with Spellslinger. That was absolutely correct. Would play him again. And also cards like the deathrattle draw a site minion, feel amazing, as you usually do not seem to end up with a lot of cards in hand (unless you are stuck). Cut the mana curve at six... I played the seven cost giant, but with how drawing and playing sites functions, it just seems a bit too slow, to get to seven sites very fast and still have enough gas left, to vomit something out and impact the board eacht turn. Go for consistency over playing every bomb in your pool. I did not open really big bombs, but in 3 rounds we played, there were cards I havent even seen once, or had to mulligan two times, because it was just too expensive to keep in hand. I did kind of do that, by not getting baited into playing the 3 color nights (putting me into 4 colors) and that left me with a solid deck. Looking forward to play more limited!

Welcome to the community! You can also play games on the official discord and the league discord! I don’t have a store near me so I play that way for now

That is an option too! I have to admit though I do not like playing games at my computer that much but maybe I give it a try

This was a very enlightening video. Sir Yvain is my favorite of the Round Table Knights and think it's awesome to build a deck around his ability. I only wish they had made the Monstrous Lion card earth instead of fire, or maybe given Sir Yvain fire and earth so he could be paired with the Lion as he was in his legend. Also, your speech is very pleasant to listen to, making the descriptions about card detail and gameplay easy to understand. One aspect where Sorcery stands alone is the use of the playmate and its grid locations. Did you find that part of the game difficult to balance with the other mechanics?

Thank you! I think the aspect of the board game is difficult to learn and gives me a headache BUT it is super fun to learn and I love that gameboard character that Sorcery TCG brings with it. Reminds me of playing Chess and Heroes of Might and Magic III

@@fabledacademy Having chess-like board play to go along with a card game is clever and looks very challenging but also super fun. Plus, complicated strategy games involving many factors to consider are naturally strenuous in the beginning but will benefit the brain in the future. Heroes of Might and Magic 3 is a masterpiece of a classic game. Had many wonderful memories with it.

You dont have a place near you that hosts mtg events??

Unfortunately I don‘t even have a single game store in my city. I have two stores about 40 Minutes away where I play Flesh and Blood though and they have Magic events there. I was never really tempted to tryout Magic tbh as my background is coming from Yugioh
