I can't believe that you didn't include your "Fey Changeling". A great card that is one of the few cards that 'bounce' a minion (try bouncing a Grand Master back into your hand). Some other Honorable mentions: Mad Dash (the fire "Blink"); Guile Sirens (if you're playing water, you're playing these); also with water you're using "Mariner's curse" (with Maelstrom, Undertows, Riptide and the Sirens you can reek havoc on anybody that dares to enter the water); finally..."Clamor of the Harpies" (a 3 power flyer that can teleport any lesser power minion to it's location{theirs or yours} when it enters). Just my thoughts and I agree with your list as well. Peace!

Id give an honorable mention to chaos twister. Its great removal because of how its worded. You can pick up ANY creature, including your opponents most menacing/problematic card on the field and blow it off of the back of your hand (from a height of at least 1 foot) and it will deal damage to all units atop the sight including itself thus even on a whiff you will have killed off their most valuable creature. Doesnt get more straight forward removal than that.

Note-You don't have to use the Mix on the turn you cast it. This tends to let you set up a BIG turn later on.

Could be ok I suppose, but likely worse most of the time than just playing another off-colour Core (unless you have some other utility for it than copying ramp). The danger is that you draw it with nothing to copy, and it’s just dead in your hand. An off colour core at least always works.

Is choosing apprentice wizard as a sacrifice to cast pact with the devil against rules? An air caster casts a fire spell? Please correct me if I’m misunderstanding, thanks!

The Wizards are spellcasters without elemental restrictions. You can look at Wind Sylph or River of Flame for examples of spellcasters who can only cast spells of one element ☺️
