some time in between this video being recorded and being posted, the game was updated to where if you pause the game, it shows what upgrades you have and exact statistics also not only did I play it, but I 100%ed it. dunno why I felt the need to do that. but I did it.

HA! almost none. after you "win" a run, you just keep going until you find another big dragon, and then again, and again... there is no end. the game ends when you die. and no, now that I got all achievements, I will not go back to it. what for? it's not like the usual rogue like. there is no win state

The TD version was fine, but I'd love to see a successor to OG Bubble Tanks. I find it to be one of those games that could still do really well. Mud and Blood, Bloons TD, and Swords and Sandals from back in the day are still going strong with their pc ports, its just Bubble Tanks that's MIA. And imo its the one with the biggest potential.

I have to admit, honestly, this does not look bad. It looks really, really limited, but the core gameplay loop is there. Now all it needs is better pacing and more variety, and it would actually be an enjoyable game, on par with a lot of the better flash games I've played in the past. I guess that's the thing, I don't expect this to be the next 300+ hour timesink of mine, I just want something daft to do when I don't want to use my brain much but want to still feel like I'm getting somewhere and progressing and seeing big numbers go brrr. It's very much a 'I am waiting for an important message from someone across the globe at 2 AM, so I'm basically a particularly bright carrot' sort of game.

This is a free game and game dev(yes only one people) only made it and put it on steam for free to make fun of those fake ads. So I doubt that developer can afford to sponsor a Hutts promotion.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but couldn't you just go around the enemies, minibosses and even dragons that were too strong to kill in time? Why would you ram into them and die instead of focusing on some other enemy who is further away? I thought making decisions like this was the whole point. Also, I don't get why everybody in the comments is beating around the bush: this game is shit and we all know it. Hutts compared it to flash games and that was an excellent observation. Maybe it would be a somewhat okay _flash_ game (after all, Burrito Bison, Learn to Fly, Toss The Turtle and many others used the same "play the game over and over until you get enough upgrades" system and everybody loved them), but it certainly isn't okay for a real standalone game on Steam. Have our standards really fallen so low that we have to defend this thing?
