I feel like the true beauty of the game comes from the seemingly unkillable and undying community. The Titanfall 2 community is one of the most tightly knit I’ve ever seen. Dedicated players with hundreds of hours or beginners learning and asking questions. I am unbelievably pissed off at respawn though.

That 35 minute section dedicated to "Best Moments" says everything you could about the 5 hour campaign of Titanfall 2. One of the best, concise, campaigns accompanied with cutting-edge gameplay that slips in seamlessly into Multiplayer feeling like you just upgraded from campaign mode to MP and are on an active battlefield. Titanfall 2 was the 10/10 game I've played many times over the years, always coming back to it whenever I see some content and redownloading the game. One of the only games where I've completed the campaign more than once.

It's a damn shame that you weren't able to experience the multi-player as originally intended. The peak of of the TF|2 multi-player were the best and most funnest times I've ever had playing an online FPS.

This has been my 1# game since 2016 when it came out beating terraria (my 2nd favorite game) light years. It has beaten Halo, God of War, Red Dead Redemption in campaign/story modes. I just wish that respawn would see that this game would be way more successful if they just updated it and focused on it. However I am so happy that the community has made northstar and used it to keep the game running. I love this game and I always will and I hope that KZbinrs like you create a bigger community for this criminally underrated game.

This is a very good review and I'm really happy to see more people play Titanfall 2. If you want a better view and just to see how the multiplayer experience truly was Giovanni you should check out FUNKe's "The State of Movement FPS 2" video. It describes my thoughts of the multiplayer really well. The multiplayer is the most fun I've honestly ever had with any multiplayer game ever. I'm still very pissed on how respawn just ditched this masterpiece of a series into just a completely different direction.

Man, you have become one of my favorite creators. Your great editing and genuineness when discussing your thoughts is something I don't see a lot of. Titanfall 2 sits as my #1 shooter that came out in the 2010s easily. Seeing Titanfall get abandoned by it's devs even though the game was getting DDoS attacked and the community actually become increasingly schizophrenic was pretty rough. I think that's why its always a treat when we get to see someone try the game for the first time and enjoy it, it's little lights sprinkled through the darkness. Keep up everything you're doing. With stuff like this and your Overwatch videos we'll keep coming back along with new viewers easily.

Dude, amazing video! I´ve been a fan of TF since the beggining so I was and still am absolutely heartbroken that EA fucked this franchise in every way posible, from the HORRIBLE launch date (right in the middle of the new cod and BATTLEFIELD FUCKING ONE) and the lack of care for the servers and community. And the many instances of a possible TF3 were quickly destroyed by corporate greed: the first time I heard of TF3 being in development it turned into apex and while im happy its a success, it overshadowed TF to the point that the TitanFall-verse is now called the Apex-verse. There were recently even rumors of Respawn working on a mode on Apex as a "test" for interest in another titanfall ( there maps from multiplayer added and other things that pointed in that direction) and standalone stories for the diferent mercenaries but it was all scraped recently by EA. In conclusion, Great video as always Gio and FUCK EA!

also cooper's helmet flashing at the end of the campaign was binary translating to "JACK?" it's theorized that it's BT, as during the campaign in the time travel mission, BT states that he put part of his neural functions in cooper's helmet.

A tragedy that you couldn’t experience the multiplayer in its hay day. It was exceptional. It never felt unfair and there was never a moment to get mad at. The gunplay was top notch. The weapons you find in Apex were tweaked, watered down versions of their original counterparts. The balance of skill drove the top players to master all kinds of weapons, letting the new “boots-on-the-ground” players to use the meta weapons. They would later in turn become one of the tops and the cycle would continue. The movement translated very well and was amplified by the playerbase’s creativity. You had slingshotting, gravity stars, bhopping and all sorts of small tasks to amplify your movements. Paired with exceptional gunplay and it was basically one of the most thrilling movement shooters. I could go on forever but those who’ve played share the same sentiment. It’s a shame we couldn’t get you the same experience.

Its a shame you werent able to get a good experience from the amazing multiplayer, truly one of the best multiplayers ever made, i hope it gets a sequel or at least gets rid of the hackers, but EA will be EA i guess. Edit: you should definetly play Deep rock galactic (preferably with friends) or Borderlands 2. Yes please do more game about fps games. IMO it is the most fluid gaming can be compared to the clunky camera in most 3rd person games. Ok no offense but you need to do research on WHY people made a multiplayer client. The game got its servers DDOSed TWICE and the second time was what put the games servers in the ground. That’s why people made the northstar client. Also, grinding weapons isn’t that important. The only thing you would get out of that is your generation level, and that’s honestly a pretty good mechanic, but they made the northstar client for titanfall 2 veterans and people alike.
