I prepared 10 kg CARP! Full of CAVIAR inside, Cooking in village

Carp fish soup recipe:
- potatoes
- carrot
- onion
- the head and spine of a carp
- spices (salt, sugar, black pepper, lime juice, bay leaf)
- parsley and dill
- 2-3 tablespoons of vodka
Sauce for fried caviar:
- sour cream
- garlic
- lime zest and juice
- chili pepper
- soy sauce
- parsley
- salt
- sugar

My father once told me while I was Carp fishing, do you know how to cook that fish? I said no dad how? He said first get an oak slab. Prepare the fish in fillets, and lay on the slab. Cook in oven on 350 for 45 minutes. Take the oak and fish out from the oven, throw the carp in the garbage and eat the oak slab 😂 and ever since he told me that I never knew they were good eating until I watched your video. Since he told me that I caught the carp for lobster bait and that was it haha. Thanks for enlightening me 😊

In the south of Europe is not very popular. For example, in my country, Spain, people only eat in the south and east of the country, and even here is not very popular either. I am from Andalucia, (south of Spain) and I eat carp but very few people has ever tasted. Here we don't cook carp like her. We use to clean the fish, put in a bowl and cover with vinegar. We put garlic, salt and oregano too, and keep in the fridge for 12 hours. Later, we cover the fish with flour and frie with olive oil. Of course, you can use other fish or change the recipe with other spices. A few fish we use a lot too, even more than carp, is a shark (Galeorhinus galeus) we call "cazón", Mugil liza (in Andalucia we call "albur"), Barbus barbus (barbo), and mackerel. If you are courious you can look for "cazón en adobo".

I enjoy watching your videos, Alina. As a Ukrainian American, Im sad about whats happening in Ukraine. Im glad to still see beautiful feminine girls that know how to cook traditional Ukrainian food. I just want to say that I hope you research how unhealthy some of those oils are. The only good oils are butter, olive, coconut, avocado, and animal fats. Everything else is difficult for the body to process and causes many health problems in America. Just looking out. Stay safe over there!
