I hope this isnt true (because so many people lie on youtube). I never said anything because you guys are the expert and are doing a ton more research then me. Its just from my understanding of training you guys are working out way to much. Rest is the most important factor to growth, you have to give your body time to heal. I hear people say jump every week or everyday its more appropriate to listen to your body. If your sore best thing to do is rest even for a week. Plus you also need long periods of rest for months to allow to body to heal. You will lose gains but it will come back faster once you begin your load. Your body goes through phases sometimes you heal really fast and sometimes slow, many factors can change your hormones, diet, women, new babies, age. Very important to listen to your body rest doesn't mean stop being active you can simply change exercise methods during a week off, doing spin class pilates get creative. Either way I hope you get well soon.
