Nice one as usual. It's good to know those exercises. Depth jumps are an exercise that even the Maasai tribe sort of do by doing consecutive maximum jumps. However, I'm not sure it's an exercise that should be recommended since it will destroy your joints in the long run.

isayah i have a question,i have started training about a year and a half ago and went from 12 inch vert (ik very low) to 30inches ,but rn i m stuck from some time and i was wondering if my timing of the jump is slow or the elasticity and stiffness of my tendons aren t that good ,because i started going to the gym 3 months ago and only did strenght cycle .i got my squad to 310 and power clean to 155 .and when i jump it doesn t feel right its like my feet are a rock not a spring (not explosive).This is little information but you think i should do more plyos and fast weight movements more ???.Right now i started a 6 months cycle( strenght power elasticity) .Iwish i could buy your cours but still a high school kid and don t really have the money.

It's not that easy. I doubt they will answer your questions, but you should consider trying their THP program.

Is stretching helpful to treat tendinopathy? I know THP previously said not to stretch the tendon but there's significant research supporting stretching to treat CPT. Thanks :)
